Mission

The mission of the Finance Department at Botswana Tourism Organization, is to provide effective financial services, ensure efficient and cost effective financial management and information technology services to the Organization and its stakeholders

The broad objectives of the Finance Department

• Firstly, to provide timely, accurate, efficient and cost effective financial information services to the organization.
• To manage and maintain financial records in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as well as International Accounting Standards (IAS) and stipulated financial regulations of the Organisation.
• To develop and maintain effective and efficient financial planning, reporting and central support systems in order to support the various departments of Botswana Tourism Organization in achieving their objectives.
