The mission of Human Resource and Admin Division is to advance the overall mission of the Organisation through the acquisition, retention, and support of staff and through the efficient implementation of policies.
Such a mission is achieved by bringing focus to the organisation’s most valuable resource; human capital, through good organizational design, targeted recruitment, effective performance management, excellent employee relations and ensuring the organisation’s values of BOTHO/HOSPIALITY, RESULTS ORIENTATION, CREATIVITY, INNOVATION & ENTREPRENEURSHIP, CUSTOMER FOCUS, STRATEGIC ORIENTATION AND PROFFESSIONALISM are enshrined in the hearts of all that work for BTO.
The division is also responsible for all administrative functions across the organisation, nationally. This includes the establishment and maintenance of offices, management of vehicle use and general office administration.
It is the divisions aim to work in partnership with managers and their teams, with individual employees, and with other groups to provide programs and services that create a work environment of employee empowerment and involvement. It is this approach that we believe will allow us to achieve the organisation’s goals.
