Projects Administration

Overall Function

The overall functions of the Projects Administration Department are as follows:

• To manage and coordinate all satellite offices duties and activities
• To facilitate and deliver all BTO functions and services in regional areas
• To coordinate and advice on all  project planning and management activities in BTO
• To drive and implement BTO Community Based Natural Resource Management (CBNRM) Strategic Framework through the development of Community Based tourism projects

Product Diversification

To manage and implement tourism projects to ensure product and geographic diversification and enhance tourism marketing and promotion initiatives.
