Introduction

The objective of the Quality Assurance Department is to facilitate the Botswana Tourism Organisation’s role of promoting tourism businesses that adhere and use leading environmental management practices and standards across all industry sectors.

The Environment and Safety Section promotes environmentally responsible tourism products through the development of tourism related environmental Standards and Certification System.
